Effective Date: September 2026. 4L DATA INTELLIGENCE ("4L", "we", "us", or "our") operates mission-critical cloud lakehouse, streaming pipeline, and enterprise artificial intelligence engineering services under uncompromising Zero-Trust security principles.
1. Client Data Confidentiality & Strict Non-Disclosure
All client architecture specifications, schema files, database telemetry, analytical datasets, and proprietary corporate records are processed under strictly binding, mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). 4L engineers operate exclusively inside client-owned Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs) and cloud organizations. We never extract, mirror, sell, or rent private client data to any external entity.
2. Zero Third-Party Model Training on Client IP
We enforce a strict policy regarding generative artificial intelligence and foundation models: client data, prompts, database queries, and internal documentation are NEVER permitted to be used for the training, tuning, or evaluation of public or multi-tenant commercial LLMs. All production AI agents utilize private inference endpoints with zero-data-retention agreements.
3. SOC2 Type II, HIPAA, and GDPR Safeguards
Our distributed engineering workflows comply with SOC2 Type II, HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) standards, and EU GDPR Article 28 data processor obligations. All communications and engineering artifacts utilize TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 GCM encryption at rest. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and hardware security keys (FIDO2) are mandatory for all engineering personnel.

Our public marketing website uses minimal essential session cookies required for network routing, DDoS mitigation, and user-initiated preferences (such as cookie acknowledgment). We do not deploy third-party behavioral tracking pixels or cross-site ad retargeting scripts.
